Tools Needed
1. Plate
2. Napkin
3. butter knife, if necessary to spread mayo
4. 1 appetite
NOTES
this sandwich has great texture and flavor, but due to the size and weight, only attempt this sandwich construction if you are hungry, as it is very filling. caution: may cause allergic reactions to those allergic to bread, turkey, ham, cheese, mayo, or sunchips.

STEP 1
place bread slices on plate and spread a layer of mayonnaise onto both pieces.

STEP 2
create a 1.5 layer of sun chips on one half of the bread. overlap the chips halfway over each other to create a semi-double thick layer of chips. NOTE: other types/flavors of chips may be substituted, but original Sun Chips are recommended for best texture and flavor.

STEP 3
install the first layer of ham. it will take 2-3 slices of ham for proper thickness.

STEP 4
set a slice of cheese in place to act as a separating gasket between the meats.

STEP 5
install a layer of turkey. in my case, turkey shreds. in normal cases, 2-3 slices will be used.

STEP 6
the remaining slice of cheese can now be set into place. make sure all sides are within the edges of the bread. you dont want any pieces hanging out, as this will cause an uneven cheese flavor elsewhere on the sandwich.

STEP 7
now is the time to put a second layer of chips, following the same procedure as step #2.

STEP 8
complete the sandwich assembly by mating the closing end of bread with the rest of the sandwich.

STEP 9
compress the sandwich to proper torque specs using an approved tool. make sure the tool is large enough to cover the sandwich as a whole, as anything smaller will create uneven crushing and sandwich internals will be lost. NOTE: crunching noises during this step are normal and nothing to worry about.

STEP 10
enjoy your finished sandwich! it can be finished into a complete Lunch assembly by adding sides of your choice. i chose cheese doodles, chocolate chip cookies, and a can of soda (pictured). these are optional and can be substituted as desired.
