OEM Alarm

I went to the honda dealer today, to see if i could get ahold of an OEM remote to go with my OEM alarm. The guy was skeptical, claiming the didnt make Alarms as an option for the 90 accord. I insisted he was wrong, so he looked it up in his computer. Sure enough, they did have an option for an alarm, and keyless entry. Another man working there mentioned that an OEM alarm for a 90 cb7 is extremely rare. He said that he would guess that about 1 in 2,000 1990 cb7s came with an alarm/keyless from the factory. He said that if the alarm still worked, it would be extremely rare and worth a lot. It turns out i cant get a remote anymore, and need a new alarm system, i supose.

But i thought it would be cool to share. Didnt know 90 cb's could have factory alarms.. Thought i would share....

oem cd players, equalizers, cd changers, alarms, keyless entry, car phones... there were quite a few OEM options that most people have never seen or really heard about.
