i JUST got off the phone, just ordered a "chef salad" for lunch. "classic tossed salad w/ rolls of roast beef, turkey, ham and american cheese" balsamic vin. dressing.
the first time ive ever ordered a salad for lunch in my entire life. funny you post this thread today.

The perfect salad would be fresh lettuce mixed with spinach, tons of red and yellow bell pepper and broccoli. A grilled piece of chicken marinada in lemon juice with butter. Toss the chicken in the salad with some italian dressing and croutons and good to go.
