its 42 out, so time to paint wheels + kittah in the microwave

Well, it was 42 degrees out this evening, so *checks Magic 8 Ball* time to paint the wheels!


These started out as the fronts on the 245... 5 years of dirt and 20 years of rust taken care of and a nice new coat of silver wheel paint. The 'before' pics didn't come out b/c of poor lighting (and a crappy camera).

lol yeah i noticed the 5lug, but it could have been for any other car.

What you can't see there is that behind the newspaper are thick-skinned light truck tires on those wheels.

The 5x108 lug spacing is becoming a real pain to find different wheels apart than other rims from Volvo.

Did that kittah get it's tail slammed in a door? My friend had a cat that's tail was messed up from that. Didn't really bother the cat, but it looked funny.

We actually started with a Dehydrated Kittah In A Box kit from Edmund Scientific. One drop of water, and 20 seconds on defrost and *presto!*, one kittah. We didn't use enough water so it had a moderately defective tail. We tried to see if they accepted returns but they told us to go F ourselves.
