alright, now figure THIS one out.
my brother gets a brand new set of Logitech computer speakers.
heres a pic of the power switch on the back of the subwoofer.

so as far as i see it, you flip the switch to the right to turn them ON, and flip it to the left to turn them... ON?
often youll see the symbol when referring to power being turned on. for example, look at your monitor - the power button probably has this symbol on it.
generally | means on, and O means off. but in this case, | means off.
why use both the (') and | on the same switch? why not follow the standard norm and use normal symbols that dont have any chance of causing any confusion?
thats like asking a question and giving the choices "Yes" and "Usually" instead of "Yes" and "No" and telling the person that "Usually" really means "No"
