RANDOM THREAD SPECIAL! CPMRTOTDs are only published on business days while im bored at work, but i figured id post this up today.
well it was late thursday night (raining hard), and a car smashed into a pole down the street. caused a surge that my UPS/surge suppressor wasnt ready for (like wtf?) and it blew the power supply in my monitor and it killed my video card (my new Radeon 9800 that ive had for 2 weeks). so im back to using my old radeon 7200 and the little 7" widescreen LCD that i have for my car's dashboard.
at 1280x960 i can hardly see anything, so right now im on 1024x768. its not too bad, i can see and read everything, its just annoying to use as a personal PC monitor... so i probably wont be posting as much at night/on weekends and ill be saving my cb7tuner time for while im at work (hah) until i figure out wtf to do for a monitor, because i cant afford one. i need a new hdd too, im running on <100mb of free space...
