alright this is my fat cat named Licorice. for a while he weighed 22 lbs, but hes down to 18 as of now. hes 12 years old, and this is what he does all day: http://www.****.com/pics/cpmrtotd/09-14-06_0024.jpg

he has some sort of disorder, always thought it was like bulimia... but now im starting to think its a nervous thing. when hes alone for a while (like all day at home during the day), he throws up...

what am i supposed to do for him? theres nobody to keep him company during the day, and i feel bad that hes stuck in the basement alone. and at his age, he doesnt play much... so his life is sleeping, eating, puking, and shitting all day. thats the life, eh?

Mike, sounds like my aunts cat, he was ginormous(yes i just used that as a word) and all he did was lazy around, shit in the basement, eat and puke. Then, outta nowhere we go over there one day and hes lost like tons of weight and nows hes got all this loose, saggy skin hangin..kinda gross, but, ya know...you can only do so much before its time to hit up the vet/shelter Good luck with it though.

Well, my cat (2 1/2) is home all day by himself. I usually brush him at least once a day (I've got him whipped, or is it the other way around ), and he LOVES this one toy inparticular so I play with him for a while each day. Keep 'em fed, and give 'em a clean shitter......cats eat/sleep/play/crap and that's about it.

Too bad it's sick all the time though, I used to put my cat in the litter box when he was puking (when he was a kitten) and now he goes there whenever he gets sick! He associated the litter box with puking, do you have ANY idea how happy that makes me?!

i can vouch for licorice. he is a lazy cat. mike, these threads are awesome! i can only hope the next one isn't a list of people that have puked on your floor.

I have dogs, and they are pretty much the same, lol.
My dog sunny, she gets seizures sometimes as an after affect from the Sentinel she has to take for fleas. It's pretty scary, you got to hold her down, and talk to her nicely.
My friends family has a cat just like Maroon's and his name is Scooter too, lol.
