yeah, i have an mp3 player in the car and with that many songs on each cd, its crazy how many i have, way too many to list. however, as of late ive been rocking out to the following.

the shins-chutes too narrow / oh inverted world
          desaparecidos- read music, speak spanish
and you will know us by the trail of dead- source tags and codes
blonde redhead- melody of different damage
ima robot- (i forgot the name of the cd)
interpol- turn on the bright lights

thats about it as of late.

Yeah I've probably got close to 400 cds. I listen to everything. However hiphop\rap is my favorite. I really love the underground hiphop/dj scene. I'm also a huge chillout/acid jazz fan.

My favorite artists have to be

            1. DJ Shadow
            2. DJ Cam
            3. A Tribe Called Quest
            4. Nas

Those are at the top of the heap. For rock I have to say I'm a big STP and Pearl Jam fan. Rage is cool too.

I'm a little familiar with Def Jux. I've checked out Aesop Rock, but I didn't really like him. I'll have to check out the other artists.

So have you heard of anything on Battle Axe records? Swollen Members rock. So does Moka Only.

My bud said the new Everlast "pre" release was good. Anyone else heard? Has it dropped yet?

As for everything else, I can't pick out one favorite. I DJ clubs and parties on the weekend, not just cd mixing but vinyl.. old skool style.. I knew we'd get popular again.

I listen to just about everything. My usual styles, however, are punk and metal. I also listen to a decent amount of jazz, some classical, and some electronic/dance (eurobeat mainly).

                              My current favorites are:

                              Punk:
                              Descendents
                              Thrice
                              Jimmy Eat World

                              Metal:
                              Amorphis
                              Cradle of Filth
                              Children of Bodom

Jazz (none of that 'smooth jazz' crap!):
                              Maynard Ferguson
                              Stan Kenton
Glenn Miller (some don't classify him as jass... he's close enough.)

                              Classical:
                              Beethoven

                              Eurobeat:
The Innitial D soundtrack. I have all 5 CDs (thank you internet!)

These are the things in my car at the moment (aside from the Jazz... they're in my home CD player and record player...)

And Wallace, I haven't heard about I Mother Earth in AGES! I have one of their earlier CDs (or their only... I never really knew much about them...) I got into them a little when I was big into Kings X (Dogman was an incredible CD)
