Every time i want to sell something big, I never find someone local that wants it. It pisses me off!

I just had to vent.

I'm selling my turbo kit, and nobody that PMs or IMs me is anywhere near me. I mean, I WILL ship, but it's just such a pain in the ass... and expensive, which means I have to drop my price a bit to accomodate the crazy shipping cost.

Yeah. Hell, STORING a motor is hard enough! I had to sell my original F22 for $50 because my friend's 6'7 drunken Irish father didn't want it in his garage anymore. Luckily, I was able to sell my second one for a reasonable $350 picked up. The hardest thing there was lifting it into the van!

Mine sat in my yard for years and I couldn't even give it away. Somehow my aunt knew a guy so I was more than happy to have him come get it. I was so sick of parts I just gave away all my extra stuff to some guy on Craigslist.

i shipped 2 quarter panels for $70 total......we're talking about the WHOLE quarter panel too, not just a portion

That's the route I plan on taking. Shipped a head for $25, wheels for $80...

I'm expecting to just dump everything into a huge box and ship it as one package. Freakin downpipe is HUGE though, making things difficult.

Yes, FedEx Ground is great but its more a question of is it worth my time to pack and ship a stock F22 ecu that might sell for $15?

Yeah... I've been lucky with my partout in the fact that some people want MANY parts... so it's worth it to send a bunch of small crap for $100.

if you're paid to do so then it should be......if it's not worth your time, then it's just not......

Hell yeah. Having a FedEx Account rocks. Last christmas I ebayed some stuff. Did the labels at home and walked right past a 30 person line at my local FedEx and dropped off my packages. Gotta love that!
