well i have many but some of my worst ones are when i'm really busy on my car and my girl wants to go out or watch a movie or something,i hate that.i also hate when my car get dusty/dirty.

this is weird but you know the piece of the cluster trim in front of the guage cluster,i HATE when that gets dusty,i am constantly wiping that off with my hand every few mins while driving. thats a couple of my worst ones.whats yours?

-girl teases at parties, the kind who want your booze then you dont see them again

- cars with primer body kits, i dont know what these people are trying to prove but its ugly.

As for my pet peeves:

I can't stand when people refuse to consider someone else's point of view.

It bugs the hell outta me when someone does something halfassed for no reason. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all! If you start something that turns out to be more than you can handle, get help or figure it out!

I also can't stand people who look down on others because they know more about a certain subject (like cars). Fortunately, I have seen little to none of that on this site. However, I have read/heard far too many people put others down because they didn't know certain things... Like we all didn't have to start somewhere! Some people may be new to cars, but they may be well educated in other areas. (I guess you can say this is a sore subject for me... Trying to find answers for my mechanics when they got stuck with my swap wasn't fun. The guys on Honda-Tech don't like me much!)

Personally I dont think these people with primered/unpainted bodykits are trying to prove anything, They will admit to you that it's ugly. I thought I ended this in another thread but maybe I'm missing something i dont see what the big deal is.

i really dont see the big deal either,its called "A WORK IN PROGRESS" i have a primedkit,i have no money to get it painted ....yet. it is lame to keep moaning about the primed kits,if you dont have one than its not your problem.

I've seen cars drive around for well over a year (and still driving around) with unpainted bodykits. I understand if you get the kit and want to get it on before painting... but if you have to wait more than a few months, replace the damn thing with stock till you can paint it! Of course, if you no longer have the stock parts, then I would understand that as well.

See, I try to consider someone else's point of view (but I'm not a complete jellyfish, and I can still have my own opinions)

Yeah, I see too many people drive around forever w/unpainted, unmatching parts yet they will have new wheels and all this junk, so obviously they could have gotten it painted. I wouldnt put it on if I couldnt paint it. Although I will admit I drove around w/a stock primed rear bumper for 2 weeks cuz I thought i was gonna paint the car then, I ended up not having time so i just put the stock one back on till i got it done.

I don't really care... However, I am entitled to my opinion. Body kits are supposed to make a car look good. I doubt that anyone with a primered body kit thinks it looks good, if they have any taste. EVERYONE plans on getting it painted. However, if you take years to get something painted, I think that's just stupid. A couple months maybe.... I can understand that, since paint is so expensive. But if you can't do it in a year, then you clearly didn't think ahead when you put the kit on (unless, of course, the kit replaced some damaged stock parts...)

That goes back to pet peeve #2 for me... people who do half-assed things.

I hate that crap. If you don't have parts for your car, don't brag about how cool your car will be. I could tell people "when I get my Skyline, I'll be cooler than you" but why? I have every intention of one day buying one, but I have no bragging rights just yet!

People who smoke, then dip the ashes outside on the highway in front of me. I heard of people getting their car damaged from that shit.

I'm not gonna get into personal pet peeves...because I have a feeling it'll start a flame war on me...i'm sXe for the most part (other than stuff you can't really avoid like caffeine and medicine when I'm really sick)...juts like people that drink just to get drunk at parties...so when you're don't drink you feel weird...really blows when you're in college...but w/e...I'm not like hardcore that I won't be around it, most of my friends drink, and i don't care...i just hate how sometimes it feels like the weekends revolve around beer...okay...rant over lol...please don't flame me...

My biggest pet peeves when it comes cars is the "anti-" groups...be it the anit-rice people that rank on any wing non oem...the anti-mustang guys, the anti-chevy guys...etc...etc...now while we all might have cars we like more than others...I hate people that just dislike a car because it is a that car...i dunno, I'm an auto enthusiast...as in I like cars in general...i mean I'm not a big mustang guy...esp. the 79-93 style, just becuase everyone puts exhaust on them and thinks they're fast (kinda parallels some civics), but I'll admit I have seen some incredibly done up LX 5.0 hbs with like a blower and suspension work...i respect that...same thing with imports...I'm not a fan of gaudy cars...but there are some kitted up CB7's on this site that I would love to drive, know what I mean?

Its just hate people who are so biased they don't look at each car indiviually

1. when i know something from experience, and i know it for a fact... i go out of my mind when i have someone trying to explain to me that im wrong. this is not one of those "i think im smarter than other people" things, but if you know something, you know something, and if they dont, they dont. so they should just STFU.

3. also the flaming idiots on ebay who have no idea what the hell they are doing. please, go die in a hole.

4. OH yeah and the stupid people who just kinda putz around in the mall, who ALWAYS seem to walk directly in your path and get in your way (wether it be strollers, idiots who dont pay attention, or anything like that) this goes along with #2... just in a walking-context.
