Yo work is exhausting...I'm so tired, is this how it's always gonna be?

I went in for my first day and it was awesome. The benefits are good and everyone's really supportive...and they're OK with inter-office dating, which is awesome because there's this gorgeous Indian broad in my "class" and you know my suit game is on point, competition is nil...

But damn I am exhausted!!! I went to bed at 11 and woke up at 4 for some reason...got to work around 8 and got home at 6, and I'm dead tired. I can't work out or anything!!! This sucks bigtime. Is this what the working life is like???

you get used to it...8 hours is tiring at first..but eventually you will be able to do 12 hour days without a second thought

My old job I'd get up at 5:15 am, hop the 6:10 train to make work at 7:30...work til 3:30, take the subway to catch my 4:45 train (timing sucked) and get home at 5:30.

I dealt with it.

i used to wake up and start work at 8, leave at 4, get on the train at 4:30, take a 2 hour commute to night school by 6:30, got on the 10:30 train home and got in at 11:45.

Oh don't get it twisted, I love my job and have something to wake up for...and while I'm there it's all good...but I just got home and right now I'm seriously contemplating going to bed in like an hour at 9pm EST...what gives??? I'm 22, I'm supposed to have boundless energy!!!!

I'm in some management program with a utilities company in NYC. I think it's gonna be a lot of field work though so this week will probably be the last time I even wear these suits I just bought...

I must say, they do look pretty snazzy though. "you can never have enough suits"

I have to start work tomarrow morning. Ill have to get up at 4:30am, leave at 6:00am, & be there by 7:00am. its a windows company. I have yet to know what Ill be doing. I wish I had a job that was from noon till 8 or 9PM

pfffffft pansies, this weekend I worked Friday 7:30am til 1:30am. Sat 8:00 am til 9:30am. And I partied Sat night til 1.

But my normal routine is 7:30 to 5. And yeah you get used to it.

try working a 9-6 as a mechanic..the only women are bitchy customers, and work is intensive but fun....at least to me. Im exhausted by the end of the day, but I always learn something new.

thats the same thing everyone told me, and what am i doing now, i'm remodeling houses and doing random handyman work for a guy my parents go to church with. i was going to sell insurance, but fuck that, i really dont want to dress that nice to go to work everyday, then have someone tell me what to do and what to sell. i like what i do

I really have a few things in mind I'd love to get started but if I couldn't get them off the ground sitting on my ass I dunno what I'm gonna do now. At least I have the money now...

I wanna sell printed polos/tees/hoodies and start making stuff for F/H powered cars...

I seriously think I'm gonna go to bed soon though. Maybe tomorrow I'll wake up and be able to work out a bit...this is uncanny...

yea man, im skipping my first 10 minute breaks to build stamina for the 8 hour days.

im working 37 hrs next week as opposed to 32hr weeks.

I get up at 5am and start working shortly before 6:30am...I never work less then 9 hours 5 days a week.
