well it only does it sometimes, i'm not sure. i've noticed when it pops up the scroll bar goes away and its annoying, hm.

Mike, I don't believe it is spyware... I just had it happen using a very locked down version of IE on Win2k3 Server Std. (IE hardadmin enabled).
