Anyone remember the flip key GB?

Gauging interest for another group buy...

We need 25 people total... or I would think 25 keys total...

They are either $36 shipped or $36 plus shipping...extra blades are also available... $7.50 I think...

ANy dealer can cut these keys for you... I got mine done for free...

he mentions cutting up an old regular blank key to get the blade to fit the flipkey... he said it works? maybe u can try that, but he also said extra blades were $7.50.

i hated my flip key..i was definitly disapointed in it. After like a week the blade wouldnt stay flat when it was closed, and it seemed like the blade was so loose and was always moving around when you try to open the door

I'll take one to start it off... Actual amounts will be posted as more info is available... if I remember right the revised keys were $36 and the 1st version keys were $28-32. The only difference was an internal post for strength if I remember right...

lol.... I get emails every day from random people asking me for these, but I only do like 1 or 2 group buys a year on them. So don't worry about bombarding me! I still answer everyone's questions within 24 hours.

So yeah, if you guys show enough interest in these, I'll do a group buy here again because you guys were really great to deal with when I had the other 2 group buys here. I would need to have 25 keys paid for in order to place the order.

Zig, even if this doesn't work out, I'll do whatever I can to still get you a blade for your key.

Man I'm sorry yours turned out badly. You are 1 of maybe 3 or 4 people (out of 400+) who have stepped up to say that they were unhappy with theirs, so you must have gotten a bad one. I'll admit that they aren't as good of quality as the VW ones. That's why they are only $36 though. If I would have known about it right away, I might have been able to get another one and let you return it, but in most cases they won't give me a warrantee.
