because if youre like me, youll keep falling asleep while trying to count money. worst example, i was counting a stack of dimes, i put them all in my hand and take 5 out at a time, so im counting 5, 10, 15... then i doze off around 25 and i guess i started imagining/dreaming that something else is going on, so i thought "ok thats 25, and the rest is change" so i threw the rest from my hand back into the drawer. then i realized what i did and woke up, and had to start over again... ended up having to count it 4-5 times before i was awake enough the whole time to be sure i counted correctly. i had the same problem trying to count all the bills, by the time i hit 10 i kept falling asleep with the money in my hands.

sucks, im dying to go home and go to sleep... and my branch is new so its EXTREMELY slow here, i havent seen anybody come in in like an hour or two... its like torture, i wanna go home and crash on my bed

man i've had some bad days like that too. usually from getting wasted the night before. all you can think about is sleeping! sometimes you almost feel like putting toothpicks in your eyelids! i sit in front of a computer so i get really tired and sleepy. i'll get up and walk around to wake back up.

yeah, im at the drive up window which has a heated counter, and im in the back (if a member would actually show up, chances are it would be in the lobby, i get no business back here).. so im constantly dozing off at this computer...

ill just have to tough it out for a few more hours then i get to go home and sleeeeeeeeeep

Ya, it's tough for me to. I'm a contractor, in my own cube.....and my work is done for the day. I could dose off, and no one would even notice. Then, my phone would wake me up. Or, I could just listen to one of the 2000 MP3s on my computer. Ha!! I'm outtia by 2:00 PT anyhooooo......

Get plenty of caffiene and if you doze off, stand up, and hit yourself in the face. It usually works for me.

dude i am a teller and my branch is actually quite busy especially on fri/sat. saturdays i have to work from 8am-12pm. after a long night of drinking those 4 hours are quite long. especially when i average about 120 transactions in a drive thru window. so i feel your pain man
