        well its most likely usdm since the buttons are on the left aka lhd. I've never actually seen one in a 4th gen but they were an option from the dealer. I've seen one in a 5th gen.

          what service can you use with that though? is it too outdated to put to use?

                It's USDM, It's an option for EG, EK civics and newer Accords (5th gens). I think the service they use is 800mhz analog which is pretty out dated, although you never know there might be some newer ones that are 800 mhz TDMA. I doubt you'll find any GSM or 1900 TDMA/CDMA ones.
