[QUOTE=wed3k]fuck that heater hose, idk how to take it off just gonna use a coupler and buy some heater hose from homedepot
        QUOTE]

with the heater hose just take a box cutter cut it right in the middle. then peel it off and wiggle it around with vise grips or pliers. then just go to honda or a parts store and get a new one. and with the motor still out install it on the fire wall and put some hitemp copper silicon. with that it wont leak and will stay there forever. then just have it laying there so when you put the motor in go underneath the car and put it on the metal hose in back of the block. if you dont understand just give me a aim msg

today before work i took the tape off the polyurethaned mounts and everything looks pretty good, extremely strong and i ddint even prep much so i hope it'll hold.
my rear motor mount is fine but i filled that as well.
the only one that i did not fill was the tranny side because i dont think it will need it (i might be wrong)

i did an extra front dogbone but i think ill give it to The NEXTAZN because im helping him with his clutch.

i locked down the crankshaft and removed the flywheel.

spent an hour and a whole lot of cursing to get the brake booster on and off. i didnt even measure that little penis that comes out of it
i hope it'll work okay, otherwise ill be fucking pissed.

went down to autozone and tested out my alternator and it came up to "Good"

cleaned out my egr ports and realized the egr port plugs that i bought does not fucking fit so i have to dig into the trash for my old ones and JB weld those bitches.

started drilling out the bolt out of my manifold that snapped
got my TPS off as well, you need to dremel thoserivets and fit a flat head into it, it should come off pretty easily.

last but not least i transfered most of the sensors and hoses over to my a6 manifold.

still left to do is mount flywheel/clutch/tranny
            put back rear engine mount
            brake master cylinder?
still trying to get the oil filter sensor off (any help please, i dont have a cresent wrench )
finally attach the intake mani and TB to the new engine

                    plugged egr port plugs

drilling out and grinding this stuck bolt on my DC header

                    my polyurethaned motor mounts

how you remoce TPS screws, use a drmel w/ cut off wheel and drill in far enuf to use a pretty wide flat head screwdriver.
it shouldnt be too hard to get them out

                    my DIY heater hose coupling

new oil seal, APC wires, msd convertion cap and old brake booster that i replaced

just don't forget to refill your headlight fluid before you get back on the road.

i agree, all you need is a roll of paper towels, roll of masking tape, couple cans of white paint... comes out pretty good actually, id rather have a flat white engine bay instead of a glossy purpley maroon one.
