I'm pretty sure I'm biased against Sony. For me Xbox has always had the better graphics and gameplay. Although I agree with the opinion that Playstation is more for those offline single player gamers, which doesn't appeal to me at all. I'm not into dungeons and dragons, wizards, hobbits, and all that jazz. After GTA jumped ship to play both sides, that was all I needed to hear, and I still would have stuck with Microsoft regardless. I game for the online content, and I don't mean only FPS' either. I pay like $60/year but like all have mentioned before the network is never down, and IMHO online players on Playstation suck! My cousin owns one and I goto his house like 1-4 times a month. I use my own login and everything, and for some reason I rape on CoD 100% vs busting my ass on my 360. Last but not least the bottom line is huge as well. $600 for an overhyped blu-ray player? I think not. I won't be convinced til I see the pricetag once it's on the shelf, but I'm expecting the PS4 to probably run between $675-$825. The next gen Xbox will probably hover right around $450, or IMO $135-$200 less than whatever Sony is going to charge.

Im sure people who think Xbox looks better either still use RCA lol or were looking at a ps3 connected to a shitty television.

I have seen both on HDMI tv's and the Xbox cann'ot compare.

Both are hooked up with HDMI.
And on a 51" plasma.

Still though, my opinion stands. Xbox looks nicer.

Hopefully they fix that on 4, because 100G is a lot of space to lose for system.

I mean If I install a 1tb HD in my PC, I only lose like 1mb or something lol.

Really? When I installed my new hard drive for my OS I lost the same % wise as my ps3, my 256gb ssd had about 220gb after format but my media drive didn't lose any thing, and yeah my games load 5-10 seconds sooner then my friends ps3

No way.

I mean it might not be 1mb, but my Windows 7 machine does not reserve half as much space as the Ps3.

I have a 1TB hd installed....and I have two tb on a raid 1 config...

Ill update this when I get home with the #.

Keep in mind, these are not SSD...not sure if that matters.

In all honesty, I feel the graphics are very comparable.
xbox just feels crisper for me.
Not to mention I feel like a retard trying to use the ps controller. I love the xbox controller, it fits my hands better...

I am entitled to my opinion. I don't care that the PS3 came with a turbo-encabulator and hydro-spanner. I will take the Xbox's high friction electromagnetic laser beam synthesizers any day.

And Starfox is one of the greatest games of all time!!!!

after a long hiatus from ps3, im prolly one of the crazy ones that returned my ps4 after only a week of owning it. im not very impressed with it right now. and would rather save my money towards a replacement ps3, which has usb interface support and external hdd support. im not too impressed with my first game purchase of NFS rivals either i will be posting that up fs. afterthought it sure feels good to be back on psn

how come you weren't impressed? I've had mine since launch and I'm impressed, coming from owning all 3 last gen consoles...maybe NFS spoiled it for you? I remember NFS Carbon almost ruined shit for me back when it was a launch game.

Hot pursuit 2 for ps3 was much more enjoyable for me. nd getting to see my 22b on gt5 again was worth the temp downgrade.
