Yes, I still have the Versa. It's been great to me...the Accord is for my brother. He'd rather have an 06-07 I4 auto coupe but would settle for a sedan. Anyone familiar with them? Any issues/recalls to look for? As far as I know the K24 is a pretty good engine but could be wrong. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I also have been closely looking at those years. Gorgeous as shit.
There are some rust issues behind the tail lights, and various small problems.
I found all of them on an Accord forum. One of the top Google results.MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
Lots of DIY videos specifically for our car
Get some awesome wipers! <-- It's a DIY

The 7th gen has grown on me. I didn't care for it at first, but I like it now. My friend recently got a V6 coupe (04, I think), and it looks amazing.
There are no major issues that I'm aware of, though I haven't looked very closely. Perhaps leftover transmission issues with the auto V6 models, but I don't believe anything with the 4 cylinder. Most of the car magazines actually prefer the 4 over the 6 (though they also prefer the manual transmission.)
My only advice is to ask for service records. If there are none, at least check the transmission fluid. If the fluid is black, walk away. Many people don't understand the importance of transmission maintenance, and will go the whole time they own a car without ever changing the fluid.

The 7.5 gen that your talking about (0607) have been pretty good cars. I like them a lot better then the first batch of the 7th gen (03-05) with the updated tail light with the LED's. The interior in them are rather nice and you can get a lot of options. I can ask my service manager about known issues and recalls and let you know.
