Will anyone accept the challenge?

I have a 1991 Honda Civic 4 Door, that I am looking to give away. It is pretty rusty, the carpet is really stained, but it does run and drive. I recently got another car, so I really don't need this one anymore, and it's not worth much to me, I've gotten my money out of it over the last 7 years, so I am willing to just give it to someone.

Here is the catch. I want you to call me, shoot the breeze, with a total stranger for 15 minutes, and not mention the car, and first one to do this, gets the car for about 60 dollars or so (title transfer fees). If you call and start right up with asking about the car, I will hang up. If you start to annoy me, I will hang up. I'm just curious to see in today's day and age, if people can just meet total strangers and carry a conversation.

I wish the ad was still up, I would have gotten the car no problem.

When I was looking to buy my CB I came across an EX-R in rough shape for $1,400. I made the mistake of calling the guy at 9pm at night. I think I got off the phone with him around 11pm. Two hours of him telling me all about his cars and his restoration business, and how awesome the 90-93 Accords were over the 94-03 years. I think he covered every topic twice before I was finally able to get off the phone.

Nice enough guy, and I'm way to polite to have told him off earlier, but my god I couldn't handle it anymore.

Best part was he accidentally called back 45 minutes after when we were in bed... and I picked up. Spent another 20 minutes listening to him before I was able to hang up.

i probably would of done the same thing and stayed on for 3hrs instead lol, knowing that i need to cut off the convo but still asking questions.

once i'm in bed i ignore all calls (if i hear the vibration) unless its like a good friend or family member.


i've noticed that most people keep their phones on when they sleep, am i the only one that "silences" the cell before bed?
