^^^ Its just that most self-absorbed or narcissistic people like wine. And rednecks like beer.
When people say tequila makes me _____. It’s not true. Drunk is drunk. I’ve been drunk on about everything there is to be drunk on. Alcohol is alcohol, some just get you drunk faster than others.Last edited by H311RA151N; 12-30-2012, 10:54 PM.

Beer makes me happy, goofy and funny for the most part. It's not until I've had a lot and I start to become the loud belligerant (sp?) type. I'm pretty mellow.
Hard liquor makes me pass out. Like, I might have some shots or a mixed drink. Next thing I know, half way throught he drink I'm asleep.
I don't care much for hard liquor as it is, so I don't drink it often, therefore not having much tolerance for it.
I cut down my drinking so much this year, I think I only got like totally wasted drunk 2 or 3 times all year. Actually, the only 2 times I can remember are new years 2012 and my friend's birthday in July. Once a week, or every couple weeks I go out to the pub with one of my friends. I typically have 2 to 4 beers over the course of our meal. Barely even get a buzz off that.

I've been reading, but need some community input.
The only difference I can see is if it’s been fermented (beer) or if it’s refined alcohol (liquor).Last edited by H311RA151N; 12-30-2012, 11:15 PM.

One will make you feel more sluggish, and you become more tired (better known as the itis) upon consumption of the burger. It's easier to digest pizza than it is a burger. Different bodily reactions after consumption. The Lord watches over me!

My family owns a bar and I’ve been there more than some people go to a bar in their entire lifetime so I’ve had plenty of time to observe people. The mean drunks are mean no matter what they drink and the criers are the criers. That’s my experience anyways.
But I would like to know more on this subject as the info you just gave is new to me.

Damn, I never thought so but its true. And it makes sense.Last edited by H311RA151N; 12-30-2012, 11:33 PM.

HAHA this is quite the opposite for me. Because of my dislike for cheap shitty beer, I rarely indulge in it but when I do, it fills me up and I feel pukish and gross and I just pass the F out.
We played 300 cup (like beer pong) recently and after that, I just felt like dying. Me and my partners were in and out of black-out too many times.
Hard liquor, especially mixed with sugary drinks makes me feel all giddy and a little touchy feely haha. Then too much and I'm back to the dark zone.
Haven't had too much of whiskey or tequila to notice any difference but I just thought your opposing behavior was funny.

Just about any alcohol will just make me get louder and more talkative. Not much of a personality change otherwise. When I have too much, I get quiet.
I know that Im the same no matter what I drink.

No. Alcohol is alcohol.
Tequila is an example lots of people like to use to argue with me.
When you drink tequila, you tend to drink a lot of it to party or whatever.
Hence, it's usually associated with parties and slutty women.
