30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

I have a quad core i7 at 4 ghz and 16 GB of memory. I just don't understand.

1) Did this happens when you were using the computer already fully booted into Windows?
2) Did this happens when you were booting up into Windows?
3) Brand and model of your motherboard?
4) How old is the motherboard?
5) What's the CPU and NB chipset temp when this happens?
6) Brand and power rating of your power supply?
Clock it back down to stock speed and see if this happens. It looks like instability of the overclock voltages. Page fault is usually bad RAM. This could be anything. Most likely from overclocking. Turn off the computer and clean out the CPU heatsink area. Could be an old motherboard causing Vdroops.
