Many people claim that their car has a soul. Where do you think it is at?

I claim mine IS the car. The way it drives, the way it sounds, and the way it feels. What do you think?

My car's soul is in its smell. When I get in my CB7, the smell of it reminds me that it's MY car. I've owned another 92 Accord, and that one was so totally different (aside from being a DX coupe, as opposed to an LX sedan...). My car smells like home.
Even more than the Fit. I've had more seat-time in the Fit, but the CB7 is still "home".

i like to rate a car by the way it handles and my vw handles great in stock form.

subaru is great in its own way because it has a lot of travel and ground clearance. speedbumps and driveways at 15mph like nothing. probably soaks it better than suv's.

I think a car's soul, like Deev said, is in it's interior. The smell, atmosphere and the history of things that have gone on in the car are what give the car soul. The car itself is a mechanical thing, but the human element of owning and using the car are where the soul comes from.
