How can you check for local noise ordinances?

I've been up all night, and am eager to start some work around the house in
the morning. Problem is, I need to fire up a tiller to start digging trenches. The
sun is starting to come up, and will be all the way up at 6 am.
But, I doubt running a tiller at 6 am is ok.

So, when is the earliest you would start?
    MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

Lots of DIY videos specifically for our car

Get some awesome wipers! <-- It's a DIY

6am is acceptable I believe. I think quiet time is 11pm to 6am. I could be wrong though, might be 7am. Also depends on your local county/city.

I'll go with 7. I recall in the past I've been out there with circular saws at 7 am.
I can't believe I'm still this awake. I never stay up this long.

Sounds like you're overly excited to dig some ditches, kinda like when you were a little kid on Christmas Eve. You know when you're so excited and your parents tell you to go to bed, so you go stare at your ceiling for the next 4 hours. Thats the fuel for your energy, EXCITEMENT!!

That sounds about right. My other thread also contributed to it. I haven't had this much processing speed in a while.
