I guess I have 2 questions here. The first is it illegal to use it in the first place?
The second (and I'm referencing the thread where my friend got arrested) is could I use it to distract cops, when a situation like that is occurring?

Anyway, on topic... using that thing on police officers would get you arrested for assaulting an officer, among other things. Using it in self defense might be allowed, as there don't seem to be any particular laws against them. But using it maliciously in any way would certainly be illegal.

Perhaps you should see WWI and WWII. Not to toot the horn but the USA has the most advanced military on this planet. Be sure you're on the right side if anythings to happen.

I wouldn't go tooting the US horn quite so fast..... The Leopard II Main battle tank and the Eurofighter (German design) have both tested with better results than their US counterparts. That is only two things. It's quite surprising how technically advanced the Germans have been allowed to go since the end of WWII.

I was going to hop in and say something similar about the sheer massive size of the German Tiger Tanks.. but because of the assembly line the Americans just pumped out the Shermans way faster.

But anyhow.. how would you even hook those horns up to the car? or is that how you're suppose to do it and not to some can of compressed air.
