just curious as to wh0se left of the ORIGINAL Squad on here.. u know.. the early days when wikkedimports.com turned into cb7tuner.com.. i just saw someone bumped lithium's thread.. and it reminds me of the ppl who have came and gone and left an impact (like his car)

yeah good times were had.. i took the responsibility to recruit ppl.. so i PM'd the fuck out of AT.com(love ya tracy!) lol.. and a few other spots to all 4thgeners.. i didnt find it wrong i wasnt stealing anybody since they still visit those sites today.. just like them to be aware of a 4th gen specific site.. but.. so far whose left?

I was there but under a different name. I don't remember what but I have been friends with ATX since before he had a CB7. We both had Nissan Hardbody's....ahhhhh the goodold days. But I remeber when he was getting out of the "ricer" stage and thinking of the name change. And boom look at were we are.


Oh POP quiz, does anyone know why ATX started thinking of the name change from wikkedimports.com to cb7tuner.com?

like i remember steven and i sat long nights thinking of what to do with the forums.. day after day.. and the it suddenly hit him.. to do something accord based.. and we figured wtf are we gonna call it.. since theres already accordtuner.. accordinglydone and blah blah.. and he busted out with using the chassis code.. CB7... so ok cool.. now what?? hmmm tuner?? cb7tuner.. sounds so perfect.. its accordtuner in essence but original

Damn!!! sweetness. LOL the good ol' days man. Well the main reason was on traffic and that it was to general and Speed Options and all that were his comp. so cb7 was born.

damn mike.. lol.. i didn't think the old wikkedimports FORUM page would have been archived. that's crazy.

carlos and dunkinuts pretty much nailed it as far as how it all got started. no one seemed to care about wikkedimports since it was so general. then i was thinking at my boring ass job one day about creating a whole new page/forum.. i remember writing 2 ideas down on this small piece of paper i tore off. one was jdmfreak.com and the other was cb7tuner.com (or 4gaccord.com i think was the other name). jdmfreak of course would have still been too general.. since it was still about ALL imports, just jdm enthusiasts mainly. but i knew cb7tuner would draw in more people since it was so specific and there would be no other web forum they'd rather visit then one solely about THEIR car. pillypimpinit, who is a member on this board but doesn't post much anymore, worked at that job with me... and he was the first guy i showed the idea to. i remember handing him the small piece of paper when we were on our lunch break and he thought that a 4th gen accord specific website would work best. and then i started thinking - if 3geez.com can pull in 4,000+ members and they're 3RD gen accords only (which are more rare than cb7s).. then this could definitely become successful. and that's when it all started...
