His car wasn't there. He isn't registered to live there. The only way they'd know is if someone told them.

No, your saying do it tomorrow. I'm saying do it now, it at least as much as he can tonight, then finish in the morning. Similar, but not the same.

Geoff... You, or another person, signs tourer name swaying the will make sure Herp Derp goes to jail, or if he doesn't, the signer gets stuck with a bill the size of the bond. Now if you pay cash, the full bond, that money gets tied up until he goes to court.

Well here you can pay 10% of the bond and get them out. Say the bond is $5000 I would have to pony up $500 and sign papers saying the person would show up to court, of not, I'm responsible for the remaining balance.

Calling his parents might be the best bet, especially if your strapped for cash. Are you sure he would want his parents to know?

His GF already called and told his mom. His dad didn't answer.

He's only 20, and his family had a history of this. I doubt they'd be shocked.

Hes in there for a reason I'm not going to be wasting my time on a misdemeanor warrant. I'm going for that felony warrant... must of done some serious shit if they show up at his house with warrant.

And it would have been pretty stupid if you would have started harassing the police not to take him they would have taken you in too for obstructing.
