We should start a new stupd trend...

That'd be interesting, but far too complicated for most, I think.

I'm thinking more along the lines of dangling a stuffed animal from your tow hook, or drilling holes in a stock bumper to "reduce drag" (legit on a race car... lame on a stock street car! ), or even the rusted hood. Something simple, that any stupid kid can do... just to see if people actually follow our lead!
Then someday in the future, someone can do a Google search and find this thread, exposing that everyone following the new trend was doing it to be cool, when the originators of the trend essentially did it to laugh at them for it.

So it has to be easy, cheap, and "cool" enough to draw interest... but not so interesting and creative that it actually IS a good idea!

Maybe a simplified version of the stitching idea... perhaps colored zip ties stitched into a stock bumper. Zip ties that don't actually hold anything in place, but give the look of a zip tie repair job (like the drifters do when they tear a plastic body part.)

2 holes drilled in odd place, neon color ziptied on, Forum badges, that would mean forums people would need to creat a weather proof badge worthy to zip tie on.
a badge like this what i have for my bmx bike etc....
It could be customisable in design, in where it's placed and what you use to attatch it, rather it's stitching zipties, stainless bolts etc.... Be on a fender a door a trunk etc.... this would replace stickers and could look great or could look horendous and ruin a good panel on a car. Or it could cover where a old badge was without having to weld the hole up you cover it up........

A badge making person could have a buisness oppertunity here.......................

I am loving that watch idea in the dash. Looks VERY nice. Very tasteful, and practical, since it can be removed and used outside the car.

I do like the watch as well.

I like the badge idea myself. I would rivet it on.

Don't worry, I've killed a couple myself lol...

The watch in the dash is B.A., I would rock it for sure. And the welded eyelids are sweeet too.

I think they are to nice for a stupid trend though

You would benefit from a GM maf translator and a relocation kit.

                      Also, nice DSM

All my friends with trucks have them on their bumpers. My dad said he even did that when he was young. Its a cool idea thats been around for a while.
