On a bicycle? I tried it the other day. I hit the front brakes and shifted lower to try and get my back tire to spin. I was on a gravel road so I thought it would work, but all that happened was my front tire locked up and my back tire sunk into the road.

But if I oiled the tire, all the oil would be gone by the time I got to the prime spot. I'm thinking I can do it without the oil. I just need to lean forward so the front tire gets more traction and work the brakes correctly to make the back tire break traction. After it gets there I'll probably have to shift up to keep the tire spinning faster.
Idk how to do it in a real car either. I kind of want to learn so when I get RWD I can do it almost right away.MRT

But it runs right through a state park, with a favorite mountain bike course, so I don't really want to do that.

This is more of what I'm looking for, except for on a bike.

You're probably not going to do it while pedaling, unless you're on loose dirt or gravel.
I'd like to learn on that. It seems nicer to fall on vs concrete. This road I'm talking about is loose dirt/gravel.MRT

Also, pedal brakes could help. (pedal, not peddle...)

I saw the video. I've done that before (first time was on accident going very fast). It's kind of fun, but not what I wanted. I want to make the back tire spin so fast it kicks out, like the car video.MRT

You're going to have to be able to overpower the rear tire, then. The oil idea makes sense. You'd probably have to really saturate the tire (ruining it). Bald tires or loose ground, as I said, will help as well.
In a normal situation with a good tire, you have all your mass pushing down on a tire that is intended to grip, not slip.
