            That looks like a giant blind spot.

            37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
            30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
            27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

              inventing time!

              i would replace all the body panels with some sort of translucent frosted-white body panels made of fiberglass, and put the LEDs inside the body. BAM! Color changing car.

                If somehow they made this kind of technology foldable to stay on the cars or create a kind of plastic panel that kept it weatherproof and wind resistant to not fly off at any speed it would be a very dangerous asset to whoever needs it and their intentions if they play their cards right
