well considering its not a medical setting I would not allow a cop, just because hes a cop, to drain blood out of a my vein. If he wants a breathalyzer test then so be it as long as its hygienic. No one has the right to take bodily fluid out of you. It makes me mad that the government has given idiots with badges the right to practice medicine. If you are not driving a car, you do not have to furnish proof of id to an officer. And its illegal to lie to an officer so, just not speaking to one would be ideal. I've had cops harass me to give them my social security number, when I was 17-18ish. Lookin back now how many times I've had my right violated I wish I could get some form of revenge. Oh yeah I have, my school is getting paid so long as a serve for a federal agency after I graduate.

I agree i wouldnt let a cop draw blood. I dont like anyone drawing blood. They may not have the right to draw fluids without a warrant but when you sign yourlicense its implied consent. Not showing you ID to a cop may be a crime depending on the state, but in any state you could more than likely be hindering an investigation
