Hopefully they have someone as smart as Steve to take his place. He has created a lot of great entertainment devices. Also he died very young. I believe he was 53?

EDIT: Just read the news story and he was actually 56...

Wow, that's amazing. I would have sworn he would have made an app to stop that.
Been a long time. Still alive...

He stepped down as the CEO of Apple about a month ago. He knew he was sick. I didn't think it'd be over this quick, though. Someone with that much money surely would have been able to afford the best medical treatment. I haven't read today's story, but I believe it was cancer, correct? Most cancer is treatable with early detection. Perhaps he was like me... "ignore it, and it'll go away".

                    A shame.
Thank you, Mr Jobs, for the best phone I've ever owned.

I always wanted to watch that.

He had pancreatic cancer. Which started in 2005 I believe. Most people die within a year of getting pancreatic cancer.

Ah, ok... so I guess he had a "live 5 years longer than the average person" app.

This is seriously depressing. All I have are iPods and this is still ruining my day.

He had Pancreatic cancer, btw. Goddamn fucking cancer.

Development of the iPhone began in 2005. Steve Jobs developed cancer in 2005. Coincidence? I think not.

I carry my iPhone in my pocket. Good lord... my nuts are gonna fall off!
