I do ride a motorcycle asshole. People try to crush me all the time. Its called defensive driving or riding.

And I ride my bike once in a while too. Its called a shoulder/edge of the road.

lets say ur in ur car stuck in traffic and a guy on a motorcycle is movin between cars to beat traffic and ur passenger has to fix his seat belt and opens the door to step out quick to re adjust then boom the biker gets fucked up for not obaying the law...its his fault

but the bikecycle dose have the right end side of the road....

If a motorist intentionally aims for a pedestrian, cyclist, etc... then it is assault with a deadly weapon. If the motorist hits the person with the intent to injure or kill them, it is attempted murder. If a motorist accidentally strikes a pedestrian, biker, etc... then it is not either of those things. The charges against the motorist could actually be reduced to nothing more than a slap on the wrist if it can be proven that the accident was caused by the pedestrian/cyclist's carelessness.

A car isn't designed to kill. It's just capable of doing so. A gun is designed to kill. So, if you pull out a gun when someone hits you with their car by accident, which one of you has the killing intent? Which one of you is REALLY assaulting with a deadly weapon, and perhaps attempting murder?

In order to fire in self defense, you're required to make all attempts to escape first. That includes pulling over to let the asshat get about five minutes down the road.

When you fire, you're also responsible for EVERY round that comes out of the barrel. If you're driving down a crowded highway firing a gun one handed without aiming, you're going to hit other people too.

If you're that worried about it, stop riding the bike.
