And I'm guessing you mean the gas door is always on the left side of the Accord. I've got an Audi with it on the right. It screws with me every time I take it to the gas station. More of that fine German engineering; "Hey, these people just dropped 30 large or more on their car, let's make them walk around to the other side every time they want to put fuel in it."
lol yeah i mean for the accord

My freind just got a legend ( blah i want one ) and he had a saturn with it on the right side before that

Every time we go to the gas station he fucks it up lol

From what I've read, RHD Accords were made in the Marysville factory and then shipped from there which is why they were badged with the 'Honda of America' Eagles. There's an add out there that explained it all.

Ok, it's very COMMON for the exhaust to be on the opposite side of the fuel filler.

Yes, coupes and wagons were all made in marysville and exported to japan and other contries

Sedans were made there too but i don't think foreign market sedans in america, i belive the ones they made were for the US market/canada only.

I tried getting a tour for "outsiders" but the only tours they still offer are company to company. such as I went on a tour last year with me working at the dealership in marysville. granted it wasnt justifiable in my case since I know a lot of people that work there an ended up rolling around with my dad on his lil maintenance tuk tuk thing. IF YOU GO OUT THERE!!! go on the weekend. Last time I had heard that they changed gate policy. gates are open minus gate A. BUT dont try getting into the buildings cause its not gona happen. new door system is redonculous. DON'T try to go back to the R&D compound cause its a bitch to get back there if you dont have a pass and its not worth it in the sense of they dont pull the concepts out that much. if u head out that way let me know an I can trail with you. MAP and ELP compounds are pretty crazy. they are a city in themselves.
