And im sorry i tend to look at things from a rational standpoint. Could be my EMT training, my military training, or just life experience(i am 30), but trying to stop a moving car for a radio, is fucking dumb. You guys can bitch and moan all you want about how the cops don't do shit and this and that. Ok. Regardless of whether or not you get the radio back, risking injury or death over a radio/cd/amp/car/whatever IS NOT WORTH IT imo.

My point is that it is in NO WAY ok to shoot someone for stealing a fucking radio.

The other part was referring to everyone saying "get a gun, get a gun, blah blah gun" like that would help. Getting a gun is WORTHLESS because most people would never learn to use it. He could have just run up, flashed the gun, only to find out that the guy stealing the radio had a gun and KNEW how to use it, and suddenly the wannabe hero gets shot in the head and killed.

Shit like this happens DAILY. People need to think before they act and become a statistic.

Most burglars would prop drop my tv/stereo and run if I pulled the Mossburg on them. Thats all I really WANT to happen.
Most crooks, while assuming the risk, would probably not risk the death for electronics.
