some ppl know what happend in reading but i went to court today and they try to drop the charges and said its was my own fault that this happen to me but the "DA" said at the very end "YOU SHOULD NOT STEAL!" AND than the judge put this to the next level soo on the the next one :P

let this be a lesson learned, just jot down the license plate/decrip and phone police. At least if a cop gets dragged, he gets paid for it, you don't.

yeah i was trying to stop him from robbing me , so than i pulled the steering wheel and made him crash his car .... he could of pressed the brakes instead of his gas :O .... but his lawyer is trying to put all this on me ...

This WAS your fault in a way . I'm not surprised. Getting involved was stupid. He didn't rob you. Robbery brings to mind a gun being pointed as you empty your wallet. He stole from you (different, but the same I know).

Should have wrote the the vehicle description and plate number and let the pros take car of it. All over a radio which probably cost $400-500...

Bad idea is bad. A concealed weapon would be appropriate if the guy was trying to kill him. You don't kill another human over a radio.

OP. It's good to hear you're okay. It might not have been the best idea to grab onto the car but when you're in a heated situation sometimes your body and head just do things you can't control. I'm glad they caught the prick but that sucks about his lawyer trying to fuck you over when u didn't do anything.

Good advice Geoff, he seems like the kind of guy that needs a firearm, he was angry so he wanted to set an example by making this guy crash his car into another car, totally ignorant of anyone else in the area or vicinity.
