While I'm s0oper sorry to hear about your mishaps with bills, court, your gf, etc. Look on the bright side! you have a new kiddo on the way. Make it a promise to your 2nd child to *not screw up* anymore. You wanna be able to set a good example for them, no matter what. So, like the guys said you def. won't get any sympathy from me on the whole DUI thing, but I was wondering where you had been and--now I know. Like Mike said, no more stupid ishh, hope everything works out for the best. Life gives us random second leases, take this one seriously and not in stride. Catch you on the flipside man.

Thanks Mak and Noah. Yeah things were getting alot better when I moved to Alabama. We've got a four bedroom house and I found work making good money. I bought a turbo kit from a guy in Tallasee there with a two week ol Turbonetics T3/T4 60trim, HKS BOV, Emusa WG, and the intercooler and everything for cheap for the Del Slo. The price I got it for was about half of what the turbo alone should have cost but he needed money. That was going to include him installing and chipping/tuning everything. But now that's the turbo that got stolen. Oh it had an XSPower header with it and that got stolen also. I can't do anything about ay of that though. I have court Tuesday so hopefully that goes good and if so then all I have to worry about as far as legal problems is the court date on the 2nd of March. Getting another job shouldn't be too bad I hope and then everything else will be taken care of. With income tax we should be able to get back on our feet for the time being. But yeah it's just a wait and see thing right now.

Well everyone, judgement day is tomorrow. At least the first one. We get to drive back to Prattville, Alabama and meet my ex in court to have her lawyer more than likely fuck me. I'm behind on child support from not having a paycheck coming in and I guess she wanted to be an ass and report it. They give her a lawyer for free though. I'm hoping they'll at least ask if I want a public defender. If nothing else if that's not an option that they keep their word and finally do a dna test. Anyways, if everything goes right i'll be back on here tomorrow night and if not then i'm sitting in county waiting to get out. Later.

Damn Brandon you just gave me the idea to get a Del Sol down the road as a project car and i just finished looking on Autotrader and then i see this thread....damn brotha.

Like everyone else has said, no sympathy for the dui shit....but i like that you show remorse and want to change.

Hopefully they go easy on you but your in a bad spot, not that i have to tell you that.

Yeah I haven't had a drink in days and I plan on keeping it that way. I just talked to my girlfriend and her stepdad works for the police dept. there. He said that nothing bad should happen even with it being my second dui. I was told I should get a fine and if anything I might have to do a couple of weekends in jail. That's up to the judge though so we'll just have to wait and see.

Well i'm back finally. I went to court Tuesday morning and the judge didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He put me in jail indefinitely until someone came and paid $1000.00 cash to get me out. No bond or anything it had to be paid in full. Luckily when I did my taxes I had it direct deposited into my parents account that way if I did go to jail they could get ahold of my money and get me out. There goes my tax return. I think now I have like $200 left out of it. Either way it had to be done or i'd be sitting in county forever. They gave me a number to a place that I have to call that's going to help me get a job and everything though so maybe this will work out. I got behind on child support and couldn't ever get it caught up so it was going to happen eventually either way. But now they're at least trying to help me out. They still wouldn't give me a dna test but I have people that work for the city that are going to get that sorted out also. It's been a pain in the ass and has taken forever but maybe things are about to work out. Anyways I just thought i'd give you guys an update on what happend.

Yay! even after everything that has happend lately they just intercepted my tax return and gave it to my ex. Oh happy fucking day. She just 8 grand back for having two kids and school on her taxes, another grand when I got out of jail, and now another 1295 when they took my taxes. Our govenment is so fucked up. I've been doing what I can to stay alive and keep bills paid along with taking care of my pregnant girlfriend. I work my ass off for my money and always have. Anything i've ever had i've worked for, and paid for, myself. That bitch doesn't work, and when she has it hasn't been for more than a month, has no skills what so ever, didn't graduate, and is basically just taking up space and making babies along the way yet they steadily take her side and throw money at her. FML. Ok I had to get that out.
