I uninstalled Need For Speed so i could reinstall the full version.

Yup all those apps I listed above were locked in on the droidx. Titanium backup worked great for wghat we needed to and it was free to use.

Just rooted my Samsung Fascinate.

Right now im on fucking cloud 9.

Hopefully it will improve battery life and stuffs.

Feels good to be back in the game.

That is what im playing with now....

i have a 2.2 rom but i want to flash a 2.3 rom.

I have Cyanogenmods cm7 but i dont want to install it unless i have problems with my current rom.

Well i installed 2.3 Gingerbread via CM7 and it was fantastic but because the camera, mms, and swype do not work yet, i am going back to the Evil Fascination rom.

You have a fucking G1 and it is not rooted?!?!?!?!

I didn't think there were any people rocking G1's without root. At least here in NYC, mad heads have rooted G1's.....they look like theyve been through war but they still running.


Id deff root the phone....if you go with a simple rom, it will be much faster but youll be slightly limited because of the limited amount of RAM in the phone.

i just got my first android: htc inspire about 2 months ago

unfortunately i can't begin this process until i fix my phone...just put it through the washer and it doesnt work i did find a website that will fix water damage for 100 dollars shipped back to you within days.

Im running Cyanogen Mods cm7....only thing not working is the MMS.
That should be fixed in a week or so.

Have it OC, and it is running blazingly fast.

I traded in my Evo 4g to get the dual core Evo 3d. Loving how fast much faster it is stock than my overclocked Evo was lol. Just waiting for a permanent root!

recently installed SimplyStunning 5.4 on my Droid. by far the best built rom i have ever used!! low voltage overclocked kernel (stable!) by chevyno1 (gingerbread) w/ Cyanogen and lots of visual tweaks that make the phone way smoother with really cool transitions - things like an old television styled CRT "turnoff" when you lock the screen. i have to say its simply... stunning, faster smoother with less snags. and ADW.launcher is pretty nice but i dont like the dockbar as much as launcher pro. included battery tweaks were immediately noticable to the extreme! http://www.droidforums.net/forum/che...5-31-11-a.html

also recently installed VEGAn-Tab on my dads g-tablet. it was alright, clean... but last night i actually just upgraded him to Cyanogen 7 and he says he likes it a lot more now.

I've got a Garmin/Avis Garminfone. No idea what Android is, I assume it's the OS, no idea what rooting is. I moved up from a pre-paid phone, the Garmin was free and has GPS, so I swapped my pre-paid sim card over. I use talk, text, the camera and GPS, and for everything else I couldn't care less. No idea what you guys are on about in here, haha!

Droid 2 looks awesome, I like the global edition with 1.2ghz! Is there some developement for it?

It is just like the Droid 2 pretty much (I have a D2G). I am still messing with mine to see what I can do with it, my only gripe with it is battery life (non-extended) when stock. It's not too bad at all, I will make a note to post in here more often about my droid and what can be done with it. I love the VZ gave me my unlock code for my SIM card with no hassle and as soon as I can find a way to use any SIM card I want, I will be a very happy camper .
