    I have emissions questions:

    How often?

    Are either of these true:
    1. The shops put bolt locks on your cat if it's boltable

    2. The shops weld a difficult to replicate piece of metal around your cat so you can't cut it off without them seeing upon next inspection.

Is it as bad as Gangland makes it seem?
    MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

Lots of DIY videos specifically for our car

Get some awesome wipers! <-- It's a DIY

My friend and I were discussing ways around California's laws, since they apply to us in Michigan (Sarcasm). I said that since cats go bad over time, I would have it on for the test, then take it off. He said that they do those two things to stop people like me. I said.... well it went on for a while

emissions question: once every 2 years.

        1. NO
        2. NO

who ever told you that, kick him in the balls so it goes up to his throat and back down and out of his asshole for me. And tell him its from california

and your bonus question: there are good parts of california and there are bad parts. more good than bad. every state is the same way.

i run test pipe every day. i only put my cat on when it comes to smog.

I also heard that the state of California is reinstating the use of corporal punishment for those who do not pass smog tests.

I remember not too long ago when there was a rash of thefts for catalytic converters.

What they did was they would target SUVs and vehicles that they could crawl underneath and just cut off the cat at both ends of the pipe. It's a sad world....

Oh yes, the basis of our conversation. There are rumors that Michigan will begin emissions requirements next year. Any truth?
