No tools other than what MS paint provides. I don't even have another program I could do something like this in.

      Here's the process:

And here's a little preview of my tune so far:

Dont pay attention to the 'lack of imagination' rear lip. That will be fixed later.

Thanks again for all the comments.

i used to do pixel art (15 years ago?) so I know how tedious the process can be, though i've never even come close to the color depth and smoothness you have. again, very nicely done. if you have more time, wanna start cutting up images to merge into this Online CB7 Pixeller script that i made a while ago? :P http://www.m1xe.com/www/cb7/

It's taken me years to get to this point. I started pixel art back in 2005 and some of my work including this base doesn't hold a candle to some other works.

I will definitely look into doing variations and whatnot for that program you have there.

I know the shading is a little weird but the more people that tune it and give me feedback, the better the base can become. Tune looks awesome though.

Parts are pretty much all hand-made. About the only thing people regularly make are rims so that's why you're finding so many. It's a hobby that takes a lot of practice.

Bumping my own thread I guess. This was the old one:

                          Here's version 2.0.

Might not look like a big difference but it's definitely more accurate and has a smoother look now (for those perfectionists on here).

If there's enough demand for the coupe, I'll swap over all the changes to the coupe version. Let me know.
