Too be honest How many of the guy/girls that trying not to get their asses shot off or blown up , would this be first on their minds I would think that to them as long as the product does what it's soppose to inthe end thats all they really care about .

Doesn't bother me but I'm not religious ether. I love how the journalist keeps saying secret biblical scripts. They obviously aren't a secret, the company said they have been doing it for years. since before the founder died in 2003.......I'm curious to know when that Youtube video was posted.

YEah I just think, ya know the bible is about love and peace. IF your going to shoot someone, than I would guess your considered a hipocrite. Although, if you did not realize what it was or care what it is, than your not. I think if your a believer in christ and "Like" the verse on your gun, than your a hypocrite, but if your a believer, and don't like having that on your gun, than you are not. Understand?

the Bible isn't just about love and peace my friend, its far more than you think or could understand. Granted God Loves us and we are to love each other, but that doesn't mean i have to like you nor does that mean i can't as a Christian go to war and fight and kill. loving our enemies and killing them doesn't constitute Hypocrisy. If God's will is for me to Serve the military and in that job i am ask to kill, then that's his will. Part of the bible talks about huge wars that God ordered. many men swept the lands killing as God instructed. i don't assume you'll understand, but if God sees fit to take a life he'll do it, either through divine intervention or through a soldier if necessary.

I personally wouldn't be for any sort of scriptures mixed with the military. To me it seems like if you are a christian and someone else on the "enemy' army is also a christian than you'd be killing or shooting at your brother/sister. And comparing the way that isreal fought back in the day compared to today is not realistic either. Isreal was to offer terms of surrender to their foes before they attacked any city because with God on their side it was to them considered a automatic win (even though the other nations didn't know, or didn't care)...and many times in the scriptures God did more of the fighting than did the isrealites.... but that's just my .02

i'm not offened about the scriptures, but i don't like putting em on products that force the Christian messege on those who want nothing to do with it.
i think it would nice on my gun in the reminder that i need to seek Gods will before i just go balistic, but i don't like it for those that see it as a problem, i dont' condone forcing scripture on others.
as for Christian to Christian contact, well, thats up to God IMHO. i'm not saying its a possibility, but i think God would intervene to save his children.
Again its not easy to understand, but if you study the bible, it makes it clearer.

Worse yet... as mentioned above... why should any Christian want to wield a killing device that proclaims the love of Jesus Christ? To me, that's utter blasphemy. If you want to preach the message of Jesus Christ... don't make weapons. That's like a pimp that preaches abstinence.

A true Christian will follow God, not force the word and beliefs down the mouths of non-believers. We have changes our lives to live a life pure and clean. I have been called to serve him, then i'll do as he askes. whether its to go and preach to a congregation or talk to a buddy, then i do it with love.
if im called to the military (and i am) then i do it.
the Isrealits didn't get to the promise land to find it empty and ready for them back in the day of Moses. They had to send out teams of soldiers to take the lands back. they told all to leave, they killed all who stood in their way. and God gave them to their knives. a few hundred men took hundreds of thousands. only by Gods hand could this have happened. granted killing is sinful, except when He needs it to be completed then does it become justified. its hard to understand, but try to take this, God doesnt want you to kill without Gods justified purpose, that's why its part of the ten comandments.
killing your neighbor because you want his car or he has more than you is unjustified. killing an enemy because God has instructed it to serve his plan is another.

otherwise i really feel like they are making this out to be a bigger deal than it should be.

The military doesn't seem to care all that much. Just a few loudmouth troublemakers that have nothing better to do. Something tells me that the concern didn't originate with the soldiers, and the most vocal of the protesters never once wore a US military uniform in their lives. Those that have participated in active duty that share this concern probably bought into the frenzy that's being stirred up by the PC hippies.

While I DO see the points that they make... who the hell cares? And who would even know? I mean, I'm a pretty curious and perceptive person, and I doubt I would ever inspect the serial number of my sight. If I did, I may not even realize that it's a bible verse. That's something that only someone who knows the bible would understand... and unless some jackass starts running his mouth about it (like the numbnuts you see in the video), the only people that know will be the people that appreciate it. Anyone else won't know a damn thing, and they won't care.

Also The-Gr8-Ox. I understand completely where your coming from. I am a devoted christian as well, and I have read my Bible fully. True, God did call for people to go to war. And I know, that the bible is not all about love and peace, but it is about fullfilling God's will. Now standing from a side view and not putting my devotion in the subject. Yeah I don't see why not, I can see how someone can even want this on their scope. Sometimes, to remind them that God is by their side Even in the depths of war.
