I'm not worried. His long range missiles probably wont reach anywhere important, his guidance systems are way too inferior, and his nuke technology is sub par. If the stars are lined properly and a missile is incoming on S.Korea, Japan, Guam, or Hawaii, our missile defense systems will knock it out of the sky. No problem.

From there, we will launch B2's to knock out their strategic systems. Their Air Force will prove no challenge, their navy will be the same. Their army is big and that's it. It'd be over within a month. The civies will be a problem though. They've been brought up like the Japanese people in imperial Japan. "The western forces will rape, murder, torture you. Dont surrender."

The best thing we would do is purely knock out their communications, air force, navy, and nuclear areas... and his play house.

During the cold war we were MUCH closer to Armageddon because of a policy called MAD. Mutual Assured Destruction. The policy said that if you nuke me, I'll launch ALL of my nukes at you. Follow that with the Cuban missile crisis and forget about it. Granted at the same time we had nukes in Turkey. Funny how people dont know that bit of info.

Regardless. If Kimmy launches a nuke, we wont launch against him. We will, however, kick the shit out of him along with NATO. We would have to worry about China and Russia if we were to do that though. THAT is where things may get worse.

It would take an enormous disaster to reinstate the Draft.

Even though our Army is thinned from Iraq/Afghanistan , it is still very strong compared to what it could be or has been.

I begged a really good friend not to join the reserves, lol. So did his family, so im sure i wasnt the only factor.

major wars have boosted the economy in the past, so i wouldn't be surprised if that was a factor... I have been thinking of joining the reserves lately but hopefully N. Korea will get tired of comparing dick sizes and this will just blow over.
