i saw this thread a long time ago, and it had been on my mind pondering it and i never came back to comment.
the front fenders flare out more, yes, but ALSO the diameter of the fender opening is larger than that of the rear. might not be totally noticable but it may end up leaving you with an "out of round" rear wheel arch.

yeah i'd kinda like to see how this looks too, even though the repair panels are only slightly more than the fenders would be. I have a snowball's chance in hell at finding an accord at the "local" junkyards, i have to go to a larger metro area for that.Cars:

OMG Pics Please ...
Oh I gotta see pics of this also ..
Not that my quarters are shot by any means .. but this does make sense, in a way.
My fronts "flare" more then the rear also .. so, put me in the boat of doubters?
I mean, we all have the same car, lol!
Nevertheless, you'd have to cut a new gas lid, mount the release cable, hinge, etc ...
I'm with C91BLX7 on just ordering new panels if need be .. but I like Deever's note too.
That would look pretty kewl .. "stock-body-mod"
A Hui Hou !!!
