Yea that shit is stuck on... even w/Goo Gone I can't peel it off by hand.

Again I have a buffer at my parents' place... I'm gonna try and get that wheel and get the stuff off, plus compound the paint

If the adhesive is off, there's nothing hold the foam on.
You just have to let it sit for a little bit, then peel up the foam.
Whatever adhesive is left, you just get it off using more goo gone.

I might buy the wheel and give it a shot. I don't really care about the paint, gonna repaint anyways. Did the grille to see how it would turn out and it was nice and shiny, could see myself in it. Pics floating around somewhere. Thinking of doing little bits at a time. Tape everything off and probably do the hatch, around the windows, mirrors, yadda yadda. But removing the foam comes first.

Oh, will that thing work on windows? Because there's some STUCK on parking stickers and shit on the windows that I want off.

the eraser causes no harm to paint and taping/masking is not required, just work your way down along the car. i removed my whole pinstripe and removed the very same foam&adhesive that Yaw is talking about in less than an hour.

and i dont know how the wheel would do on glass. i assume it would work, but a razorblade is much more direct...

Yea the pinstriping I'm talking about is kind of a bumper sticker type material. You can see it in my sig, right above the silver sideskirt. It SUCKS

GOOF OFF! I have a vinyl sticker on my roof that it was able to take off no problem. Just wash and wax the car after and you should be good.

Wash and wax....MY car? Are you kidding? Shit, yea maybe if there wasn't rock chips all in the paint and flakes of paint coming off in big splotches on the hood. Thinking of painting myself....gonna take a while since its been raining lately. Maybe do half the car at a time or maybe a panel at a time.

                  astro wheel>all other methods.

don't make it harder than it has to be. get an astro wheel and watch it annihalate everything in its path. it doesn't damage paint, but keep it moving just to insure it doesn't.

the 3M wheels was just an example, they can be had for cheaper. later.
