how to get rid of head sores

if they are what i think you're talking about, i get one every once in a while because i have oily hair. it feels like a pimple in my scalp that hurts like a mofo when i bump into it by accident when i'm combing.

Head and Shoulders is all i really use. if it's really bad i dap a little triple antibiotic oinment on it.

i have oily hair.

VO5 fixes that.
It's the only shampoo that keeps my hair looking clean.

Any other shampoos makes my hair look oily as fuck after about 2-3 hours.

I don't know if its the same thing, but my dad gets some type of bumps sometimes and they have a "core" or some shit and he has my mom pull the core out. Idk if its just some type of pimple or some shit....the aftermath looks like it was an ingrown hair, but its not....

if they are what i think they are i get them after my hair grows out a bit. on the back of my head/neck, where my collar (polo) line is. the hair place i go to says to swab alcohol on it every now and then. that its just sorta like a pimple caused by oil. they say it will dry it right up and i owuldnt have problems. like i said i get mine when my hair gets long. once i get a haircut they disappear after a day or two then come back once my hair grows out.

*EDIT* I just read those two links about it, i dont have that. mine dont hurt ever, i just think mine is a standard type pimple deal bumpy thing that comes and goes. i was told alcohol (rubbing) would work, ive just been lazy and never got to it since it doesnt bother me.
