    Seller on Ebay wont answer me!:(

    bought a exhaust system on ebay for a month ago, and now it is broken! the wlding on the header felt of, and now there is free exhaust coming out..

    and, i have sent many emails to the seller, boombop, but no answers.. what to do?

    have sent this email to customers support:

    Message: 12.04.08 did I buy a complete exhaust(Item number: 290221303660) for my Honda Accord from Boombop Incorporated, seller ID: boombop. 16.05.08 the welding on the header felt of. Just by it self. 1 month old! Have tried to contact the seller many times, but no answers. have payed a lot of this exhaust, and dont know what to do, and dont have money to buy a new one! i want the money back from him, but.. as i said, dont get any answers. please help me. didnt know where to contact ebay, so tried here.

    i have all the info on email, and the emails i sent to bomboop.

        to be honest, how much did you expect from a fully complete exhaust system for $170... granted it shouldnt break that quickly, but i doubt the seller is going to do anything at all for you, considering he held up his end of the bargain. try going to the manufacturer as a defective item, and good luck even being able to find them, let alone speak their language. could you possibly have broken it by banging the downpipe over bumps?

          never touched the ground with the exhaust.. so.. yeah, you say something.. but i paid totally 475$ for this.. so.. it is much money to loose!

            Unless it had some kind of defect warranty your are sol. All you can reallly do is leave negative feedback. Is there anyway you can take it someone and have it rewelded?

                yeah, a buddy of mine will do that tomorrow.. hope we can fix it:P

                  Grind down the old welds as much as you can, and get it rewelded with a TIG welder
