H22 Wiring Question but not H22 Wires.

ok, so obviously im trying to connect my f22 harness onto my H22. I got all the neccessary extra plugs (vtec pressure, solenoid, knock....).

    Here are my Questions.
My H22 is JDM but already modded to work for USDM. So that means the fuel hose is on the left side (usdm) and not the drivers (jdm). So that means mines is correct. but when i put the wiring rail and bolt it up, the rail touches the Vavle Cover. I am pretty sure that this isnt supposed to be like that for obvious Reasons. Is there something i am supposed to do here that i missed or i didnt get while reading?

OK, now for the wirings. Im pretty sure that this pin plug is supposed to go here, but im not exactly sure how to connect it, since in the block its just a screw. Do i need to cut if a circle pin type thing so i can screw it in there?

I am not sure where these two plugs go. They would both be by the dizzy, but my dizzy is taken off, but i cannot see any plugs around there that need to be pluged.

Now in this picture, i have some where i think they are supposed to go. The orange one, i have no idea. The Blue one is i think the water temp sensor, which was broken off on my f22(ran fine the whole time)(should i just get another plug and solider it in?), The green one, is i dont know, but i know of my F22 there was a plug where the arrow is pointed, and i remember reading i about it(i think it was this plug, at least).

Now i know one of those rectangular ones are the VSS(I think). I also cannot find the reverse light plugs either, which i know is 2 pin plugs .

I need to get all these plugs straight first before i rip apart all the heat shrink and rewrap everything.

Sorry for the long ass post, and thanks for reponses.

OK, the green plug goes to the water neck on the front where you have the green arrow pointing to but you need to swap the neck from your F22 onto the H. The F has a plug on it and the H doesn't. As for the grey one, I had the same problem. Did you do an auto to manual conversion? Bc I did and I had an extra plug also that was in the area of the VSS but the VSS already had a plug connected to it. Leave it unplugged. Ive been running my H for months like that and it runs great! So just tape and hide it somewhere. As for the fuel rail, it looks good to me. The piece resting against the VC is just casing with the wiring in it, no biggie. As for the sensor, which I believe is the knock sensor, just cut it and add a round audio connection on it and screw it in. Thats all I did. The coolant temp sensor is the one with the orange arrow running from it. Pull the broken one out and plug it into the H. I hope I helped you. It's the least I could do after you sent me thast frost white fender. Thanks again.

the green one its a sensor that goes to the radiator knew i believe. so i'm guessing (new to swaps, me) that u should just take the one off the F and put it on the H and snap the plug in. feel free to correct me if im wrg

yes that plastic injector wiring piece will touch the valve cover. the h22 valve cover is much wider than the f22 one.

for the oil pressure, yes, its the yellow/red wire... cut that end off and splice a small ring terminal onto it.

third picture by the dizzy : 3pin one is either EGR or VSS (probly vss). round one is probably rear coolant sensor on the tstat housing. it should have black and blue wires...

last picture is correct, but the orange one in question goes to the EGR

OK, thanks for all the help guys. Your guys where right about everything.

The only think i have in question now is.....My EGR plug on the EGR is a circular plug, like the one on the TPS Sensor, while the plug on the harness is rectangular like in the Pics. The wires are right(accordgin to colours, ive checked on other CBs), but the actuall plug itsself is different. Should I just get a plug like that and cut n solider? or should i get another EGR from the JY, or better yet, just delete the EGR altogether?

And i still cant find those damn reverse pins. I know some of them have plugs(i think autos), but the Harness is 5 sp (no auto -> 5 sp swap ever done), and there is nothing Auto about this, so im

h22 uses a round connector for the EGR, thats why people say to swap the accord EGR valve onto the h22 manifold, so the wiring matches. you could also cut and solder, but only 2 wire colors match, the third is mismatched. what ECU are you going to be running? if its chipped, might was well just ditch the whole EGR... get a blockoff plate

for now i will be running p13 untill i get a p28 and chip it. I think p28 dosent look for it so i will delete it. I'll probably get a egr from a accord at the JY tomorrow. I gotta make a list of what to get.

Was the EGR thing in the swaps sticky? cause if so i missed it like 1193782 times.

So you guys dont think that the heat from the VC will melt the plastic on the fuel rail plugs? 'cause that is my main concern.

Yes the EGR was in the swaps sticky, and so was the oil pressure sensor.

Mine has been touching for almost as long as well.

A p28 just solves so much. No egr, no knock sensor and then customization through the chip!
