I picked this up during the summer of 2013, to be the new daily driver. I needed something that: 1) is affordable to own and maintain, 2) is familiar and easy to fix, 3) is small enough for mainly a single passenger without being wasteful, 4) is large enough to carry furniture and appliances, 5) has enough interior room and features to facilitate easy camping and road trips, 6) can comfortably fit 4 people including bags and snowboards, 7) is good in bad weather or rough terrain, and 8) can be covered with dirt and salt without making me cringe.
