like they were made for the car... no alterations to be made...weird huh...


I really like mine... did you get the JDM corners too? They look so much better than even USDM spec clear corners... My Polarg amber 194's have a deep yellow appearance in them...

You planning on wiring up the H4 highs?

no i didnt get the corners with them, im getting amber ones anyways. um i started the project today, and tried painting and wiring at the same time. I kinda got hung up for a while trying to find a wire that switched on with the ignition and didnt find it till it got dark.

but i will post up pictures of my harnesses. ghetto harnesses.

I havent even fitted the headlights to the car yet. they are still apart.

the H4s are gona be high and low, and the H1s are the driving lights.

im gona clean up the back parts of the headlights cause they are mad dirty.

Also did i mention i had to take off my Projectors and pack and ship them out today?

oh yeah and i work at 1am that is why i quit so early.

btw, does your paint have some pearl in it? i thought i saw some in the picture above.

i think he's got pearl white paint. but i might be wrong. and are those headlights plastic or glass? stupid question yes but i need to know. thanks.

My 2 pieces are glass... but they came off of a JDM Honda Of America CB9 Wagon...

Just one question.....Why did you paint the reflector inside the headlight?

Adam refer to my members rides thread, i have better pics in there that show the pearl, its not creamy like the CAddy lincoln one. its super white.

i didnt paint the reflectors, the jdm headlights have two piece reflectors, so you dont need to mask off stuff...




Yeah i got my shit all loomed up today, found a wire that turns on with the ignition. and got the harness all installed, i am just waiting for the final coat of pain to dry on the headlights. and then i will take pictures of the finished product.

Also i accidently sent out my sockets for the 1154 corner lense bulbs with the projectors, so i have to wait for those to come back. arg.....

and yes they are glass...

wow 2-piece black housing! i can't wait to see the final product. finish up quick! where did you find the insight DRL module? ebay?

just a heads up; no other corner lamp besdies the JDM single bulb corner lamp (or similar knock-offs, which is now rarely found) will fit right without some modification to the headlight or corner lamp. in other words, the amber corners will NOT bolt on perfectly without some alterations to the cb9 headlights. all amber corner lamps i've seen are made for USDM 2-bulb corner lamps for USDM headlights. this also means that the hole for the top bracket of the corners will NOT line up to the hole on the headlight.

I know steve and Jay got Jdm style corners that they had to modify to fit the usdm headlights so i'm sure those are the ones you need, i doubt you would need to modify them.

Well the stock one doesnt fit.. the tabs that slide into the brackets dont even line up close!

okay the project has been deleyed for a week,because i had to order the order corner lights!!! and i have to wait for my amber pain to get here, so i can paint them too!

Just got my jdm corners and painted them! dont have pics of the lights on because my DRL bulbs burn out, so i have to get new ones..
