                  thanks for the replies guys

pertaining to making them, I wouldn't have any time to make another one for a long ass time considering my summer vacation ends tomorrow The grill took me about 20 man hours to make, and was a pain in the ass, to say the least. Majority of the pain was doing the fiberglassing and bondo'ing and then constantly sanding and reshaping and checking my progress

I think what made it more difficult was the fact that I used a 92-93 grill, which has more areas to fill in, most especially the portion where the 'H' usually is, which you have to actually reshape the curvature to match the rest of the grill

not fun, but I didn't want to deal with the bad fitment issues of the 90-91 grills on the 92-93 bumpers. I was actually quite pleased how well the paint matched, considering it was rattle canned. Put about 4 layers of paint and 5 layers of clear coat so it's as shiny as the paint on the car.

Word to the wise for anyone who is doing a grill like this. Do NOT skip out by not fiberglassing and bondo'ing...bondo'ing itself will result in a cracked and crappy looking grill in no time, especially considering the fit is super tight when the hood is closed (the hood has to be dropped from a good height because it will not close without good force. So definitely do it right the first time and paint it well because it's really a pain in the ass to do the process over again, trust me

I'll definitely keep you guys here at cb7 tuner first in mind if I ever do start mass producing them

thanks again for the replies fellas

                        absolutely outstanding.

i like the fitment on yours better, it doesnt stick out forward like the chargespeed... and the eyebrows go all the way around the headlights instead of stopping before they get to the corners...

im stunned, you did an amazing job, and definately deserve tons of credit.
