Nah man, I just left it. It bugs me too but it hasn't gotten worst or affected anything. I just bought an H22, and I have a spare CB for the mean time. I plan on dropping the H in then taking that motor apart to see what the hell that noise it. I'll let you know in the future if you are still having the problem.
